Please help! Suspended shop opened and closed the same day again

Hello, 

My friend's shop was hacked on the 12th and shop was suspended (FunimalArtdolls, request #17244472).

The Trust&Security team opened it back yesterday confirming the hack attack. After some hours the shop got closed again.

Could you please tag the Etsy support team to this post who managed to help us two days ago (which we are very greatful for! )?
