Please help! Hacked and suspended shop

Hello,

The owner of PoeneoDesignStudio asked for help to post their issue here. 

The shop was hacked on the 19th of August despite using 2 factor authentication and spam messages were sent from it to some other members. The shop was closed and the appeal rejected.

The only one that can help is Etsy. If Etsy rejected the appeals, no one here can help get the shops opened back up. The person that had these shops needs to work it out with Etsy.

Thank you but the same happened to me on the 12th and the kind support team helped me to fix it here. I was not able to post but my friend did. Otherwise I suppose only an AI replies to messages and no real solution is offered. So I hope the super team can help here. Thank you for your advise though!
