Hello, can you help me please, I opened my store in 2023. It's been about 8 months but no sales, please help. I would be very happy if you could give me information about where I made a mistake and what path I should follow.
I leave the link of my store here
https://dieston.etsy.com
Alot of the images are stock so I'm not really sure what the images are until I click the links. The images could use a human touch, as in a human touching the cases...try using Canva or PlaceIt. Your store information also has a fake or scam feel (sorry). It doesn't seem genuine or build trust in purchasing from you. None of your cases are really unique in the sense that I see the same things. The titles do not say anything specific. Check your stats in your dashboard; are any listings getting more views or interactions (favorites). Hope this helps
Hey Again,
Your about me at the bottom sounds like a typical marketing message for a small business.
To improve the authenticity and effectiveness of the your message, here are some suggestions:
1. **Focus on Specifics**: Instead of using vague terms like "unique" and "stylish," provide specific examples or features of the products that make them stand out. For example, why are they unique and stylish? Mention the materials used, any special techniques employed, or the inspiration behind the designs.
2. **Photos**: Stop using the stock photos from printify or your provider. Instead, take some time to create mockups in canva, and then youll be able to drag and drop your designs as you create new ones.
3. **Provide Clear Value Proposition**: Clearly articulate what sets the products apart from competitors and why customers should choose to shop at this store. Highlighting unique selling points and benefits will help customers understand the value they'll receive.
4. **Personalize Communication**: While the message mentions personalized solutions, you could further personalize communication by addressing specific customer needs or preferences in marketing materials and interactions.
5. **Offer Guarantees or Return Policies**: Reassure customers by offering guarantees or flexible return policies. This demonstrates confidence in the product's quality and the seller's commitment to customer satisfaction.
6. **Visuals**: Incorporate high-quality images or videos of the products in use to give customers a better sense of their appearance and functionality. Visuals can enhance the shopping experience and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
7. **Consistency**: Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and interactions with customers. This includes maintaining a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and level of service.
Yankee logo, Vogue magazine, Dole, USPS logo, Rolex, Coke, Betty Boop, Titos Vodka
You have a little of everything on these cases. Those logos and likeliness on your cases may be causing the issue of no sales as well. I am not sure but I dont think you can sell those items with other companies logos and images even though they are altered they are very recognizable.

How can I contact you?
Yes, I have interaction and favorite areas lists. Why does he seem like a scammer? Can you tell me more clearly what I should do?

how are phone cases 'comfortable'?
secondly, you are not selling an iphone case. You are selling a case to fit an iphone. BIG difference.
and...at $25 (even with free ship) you're at the top end. Why is your case worth that amount (that's a question you need to answer). I won't pay for for a stylish case. then again, I always use an Otterbox...and mine was $16 with free ship from Amazon. Not fancy, true...but...
and while you didn't post in the critiques forum, since you asked for advice, I'm providing mine.
It seems as though you have filled all or most of your mock up photo slots with the exact same photo for each listing. I would definitely consider adding more unique photos for your mock ups. Good luck to you!

"Yankee logo, Vogue magazine, Dole, USPS logo, Rolex, Coke, Betty Boop, Titos Vodka"
Without legal licensing, these items are counterfeits.
https://www.etsy.com/seller-handbook/article/22398703823
https://www.etsy.com/ca/legal/prohibited#Q5
"Unauthorised replicas or copies of items, and patterns or designs enabling their creation, are prohibited on Etsy. We consider counterfeit or unauthorised goods to be items that imitate an authentic good, particularly by using a brand’s name, logo, or protected design without the brand owner’s consent."
That would have nothing to do with why they are selling or not. Either a DMCA takedown request happens or it doesn't.
I have no idea why people on here are so quick to point out potential copyright infringement when it literally has nothing to with the topic. It is up to the company that owns the copyright to decide if they want to DMCA an item or not. It literally has nothing to do with anything else.
the OP is asking why they are not selling....
but...for a lot of folks (me for sure) I won't shop at a store that has it. So a thread stating that someone isn't selling, and wondering why....
the response that 'you're selling illegal counterfeit items' IS a valid comeback.
because...no shop that does it will get a sale from me and I know I'm not alone. Ethics is not a garment you put on/take off...and in a business, that's critical.
