Hi! I did t know which dept. to send this to. Two weeks ago I ordered Sterling Silver earwires and clasps. It never arrived, and USPS shows it was never put in their possession. I have contacted the seller. I need itNOW to make all the items for an order I have! I am wondering if you have had other complaints about this seller. Wondering if they have been known in the past to take the money and not send the order. This really puts me in a bind! I NEED this NOW! Please let me know if you have advice. Thank you. Only other sellers are out here. You need to open a case/contact Etsy directly.
Ok. I could find no other place to contact Etsy. Hmm . . . I will search again for another way to contact them. Hope I can find a way.
@ExploringSacredSpace Nobody here in the Forums can help you, and if you reach Etsy Support they will probably tell you to open a case.
I suggest you order your supplies from another Seller - you can filter by delivery date, to find the fastest ones. Good luck!
Hi, This is a peer to peer forum so Etsy staff rarely reply to posts. If you purchased from a shop on Etsy you need to go to your purchases and open a case. https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
Go to your account > purchases and then click on help with order.
Good advice prior to this. If you need supplies now, you need to head to your local store.
I am not sure that Etsy staff will reply here as we are all sellers.
What did the seller say to you ? And did you open a case ?
You need to contact the seller via the purchase and ask where the order is via the "help with this order" button, If they cannot satisfy you in 48 hours you can open a case and get a refund. If it is an international sale that may make a difference but if they are late shipping it and have no proof of shipping that is a problem for them
