Read the info other sellers have linked above, hopefully this will help you resolve your query.
If not then you contact Etsy support by going to the help centre ( link at the top of this page ) finding the relevant topic and drilling down to I still need help.
Please note if a solution can be found in the help section or handbook , you may never receive an answer from Support ( they expect us to use the tools they give us to resolve our own queries ) Also if Etsy do reply expect canned responses which don't specifically answer your query. This means you then need to keep replying to those messages stating you still need help.
Dont expect immediate answers Etsy support is pretty rubbish.
