Plaid

Plaid is awful. Keep getting error messages and something went wrong. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE at Etsy to help.There is virtually no CS at etsy. They dont respond to emails, CS is horrible. They have suspended my account with a bank I have used with them over 6 years. Cant change to a different account, plaid wont let me. This system is so broken its not funny. I have orders I need to ship and cannot print labels. This is going downhill fast compared to a few years ago. Seriously why is it near impossible to speak with anyone at Etsy????? F........ Frustrated as H@LL

I can't really help with the customer service issue. I know it barely exists. 

Can you get the addresses from the emails sent when orders come in and then use Pirate Ship for your labels? At least this way, your customers will still receive their orders. Their email addresses should be in those order confirmations as well so that you can communicate with customers. You could send tracking numbers that way.

I wouldn't express in detail to your customers what's going on as far as the Plaid issue. I would maybe just say you're experiencing glitches with the Etsy system at the moment; therefore, you're sending all information (shipping, answering messages, so on and so forth) directly via email.

@VelvetTarantulaVinyl I don't know if you're in the US or not (adding location = more sales) but if you are in the US here is the Etsy call back info. 

For call backs on the weekdays you can go through Shop Manager>Community & Help>Contact Us>Selling on Etsy>(select appropriate dropdown)> I Still Need Help>... Call backs are 7a.m. to 9 p.m. eastern time in English.
