I have tried multiple times to update my payment information through Etsy and Plaid and the site just sits there and the cursor just spins. Nothing ever happens and I am or have been verified already and been paid multiple times. How do I fix this?

Have you tried the usual clear cache, cookies; reboot modem.  Or try another browser.  If you're using the app, try a browser instead.
And when doing the Verification for Plaid, many of us have used the "Manual" method.

@Shellysfavorites  - Maybe I need an afternoon jolt, but, you say you have already completed the verification process?

But now you want to update you banking information, possibly change bank account on file?

If yes to both questions, I believe you need to contact Etsy to have them "unlink" your current bank account so you can add a new one.

If however your answer to my first question is "no" you haven't gone thru the process yet, definitely try what ChillwolfArt suggests. Then if you are still running into the never ending spinner, contact Etsy & report your problem.
