Placed back into forced vacation mode 40 hours after the first one

My shop has been put into vacation mode again, just 40 hours after it was lifted. The first forced vacation mode lasted from December 12th to the 17th, during which I received no communication from Etsy. Now, without any explanation or notification, it’s happened again.

This is devastating for my business, especially during a crucial time for sales. How many more days do I have to suffer in silence while losing customers and revenue? Why is there no transparency or clear process for resolving this?

To everyone else, if your shop is magically lifted from vacation mode, I guess it can be placed back on it at any moment! This situation is leaving sellers in constant uncertainty and damaging our businesses.

I understand that issues can arise, but the lack of communication and repeated interruptions are unacceptable. 

Etsy, please address this and provide clarity for your sellers...
