I carefully track all of my shipments. Several of my 'In Transit' PB Flats have now been changed to 'Pre-Transit".
In one instance, a flat that arrived in Plano, TX showed 'In Transit' for several days while it was actually in Plano, and was never scanned 'Delivered'. This SAME flat now states 'Pre-Transit' and ALL OF THE PREVIOUS TRACKING INFO HAS BEEN DELETED!!
This has happened to several of my Flat shipments. Buyers assume the flat has never been shipped!! Are we responsible for a buyer's refund if never scanned delivered?
Only if they did not get the item and they don't open a case.
I guess I'll start taking a screen-shot of the tracking info while 'in transit' to prove that I did ship an item.
