Loss of photos on the landing page...

There are several issues with my shop:

Several of the photos on the landing page are blank. If you click on the empty circles they take you to the correct content, but they are totally

nonexistent - ghosted.

I can no longer type answers to questions in Messages correctly: if I need to back up for a mistake I can only take out one letter at a time.

I can no longer click on my own profile pic to take me to my shop front page.

Can someone tell me how to contact Etsy to explain these problems?

Kathryn - Etsy doesn't look at these posts - Go to Shop Manager and in the middle of your screen you should see:

It is most probable that your issue is device / browser related.

I can view your Shop, see all Listings and move to Profile and back to Shop

If you are using the App on a Mobile device, change to Browser view.

Ifyou are using a Browser / PC try a different Browser and clear all cache and cookies.

FYI, I am using Chrome Browser / Windows 11 / PC and your Shop looks OK
