Just a head's up to folks. I had a buyer reach out to me about confusion over what fabric variation was which when she was attempted to place an order that had variations. I checked the listing and all of the pictures had come un-linked from the variations. I had this happen once before and though it was my fault. They were fine the other day, so check on some of your listings that have variations with pictures to make sure they are still okay. I would hate to see you lose sales because buyers can figure out what to chose.

I've had the whole variation disappear from my listings before.
Weird etsy glitches.
I know this is an old thread but this is still happening, ive put my variation photos in and then the next day theyve gone again.
I did mention this to Etsy but the person i spoke to didn't seem to know what i was talking about. He said he would pass it on. I then received an email from Etsy to say this is an ongoing problem they are aware of but have no time line for when it will be fixed. This is over a year later! seems like they are not bothered, they are more interested in putting silly badges on our shops than doing the things that are most important.
If this has been going on since last year why has it not been fixed?, loads of other silly things put in place since but the variation pictures are really important to those of us who use variations.
still the same here! Pictures of variations become unlinked,
plus: translations get lost, number of ratings is reduced while ancient ratings from 2009 are displayed at the same time
kinda crappy!
I know it's a necro thread. But we are facing the exact same issue now in 2024!
