Pictures not uploading!

I tried to list an item for over an hour & my pictures won’t upload from my iPhone. It’s soooo frustrating & a waste of time. 

move been a Seller on Etsy for 11 years & have never had this problem before. 

Etsy technical need to needs to address the problem now!

it so sad that Sellers can’t get immediate help with issues like this.

There was a glitch even trying to upload third comment. It should say, I’ve been a Seller on Etsy for 11 years.

@AntiquesAtlanta: Not to diminish the fact that the app should work properly, have you tried using your mobile browser instead?

@AntiquesAtlanta Hi, I've never used the App, but others have said it's very glitchy. Try using a browser. I use a desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10. I uploaded pics a few hrs. ago, with no problems, and I hope this helps you.

I’ve never had an issues loading pictures on the app before. I will try the Browser tomorrow. After wasting all that time I’m too frustrated to start yet again. Etsy Sellers should be able to list from the app or browser without glitches. Etsy should also provide Seller’s with access to immediate technical help. I don’t have this issue on other platforms.

I've been having the same problems for the last week.  First I couldn't load them from my laptop so I started using the Etsy app on my phone now thats glitching!  It might load a few but not all 10 that I understand we need to comply with Etsy's suggestions.  I can't see anywhere how to contact Etsy support.  I've been on Etsy for 13 years and have never had a problem before this.

Hi my name is Dave, I seem to be having the same problem, uploading pictures from my phone app, I sent 2 messages to supposed customer  support, with no answer, Not Happy!

I have had this problem with my browser.  I just keep uploading the same pic over and over and finally one of them takes.  Then I delete the rest and go to the second pic and repeat process.

I was having the same problem last week. I suddenly couldn't upload photos from my laptop or the app. Not sure if it's the same glitch you're having, but clearing my cookies fixed it for me.

I'Im having the same problem. I've used Etsy for about 10 years. I cannot upload photos using the Etsy app on my phone and the Etsy website listing on my Laptop does not accept  photos using the Crome browser. HELP!!!

Hi Thank you for the suggestion. I tried but Im not getting results using the Etsy app or Chrome browser on my google pixel 6a phone or chrome browser on the laptop.

I've never had this issue before and the Etsy app has worked like a dream...

I can't get photos to upload and sometimes I can take photos and other times it doesn't give me the option.  Started in 2012 and never had a real problem until recently after the newest update.  Looking at other venues but would lose history,  so sad that etsy has become unusable.
