A few quick things to try:
- reboot the router, sometimes their memory can get clogged up and they don't like big files.
- reboot your device too, just to be sure it has not lost the plot.
- check your internet service speed and service status, it may be a local network fault with a slow uplink causing timeouts.
- "Nothing has changed." . . . Are you really sure? Settings on devices can be changed by automatic software updates. Apple just love to default to their own weird incompatible file formats.
- check the filename extension, is it "jpg"?
- try using the old listing edit page
- turn widdershins 3 times, shout "bznga" and then press the space bar firmly with your forehead
