Photos will not upload in About sections

Hello folks. I opened my new (second) shop yesterday and there's a bug with the About section. I have been trying to upload photos to it and also the bit where you have your "shop member" icon but nothing happens. I click on the box to upload the photo and choose it but nothing happens. It doesn't load. It finally allowed me to upload a short video, but the photos still will not be loaded. Is anyone else having this problem? It can't be my laptop. It's an up to date Chromebook and I've done all the usual clear cache stuff.

Me tooooooo I tried two different browsers but it's just spinning. And in Safari, if I try to upload more pictures under Shop Photos, I get the error message "This file empty. Please upload a valid file." Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Thank you for the replies Connor and Kelsey. It's useful for me to know it's nothing wrong with my computer or browser then but is indeed an Etsy platform problem. I will email support later x

Also experiencing this bug. Benn attempting to add photos for about 4 days. It let me delete the old ones but won't let me add new ones so the section is just sitting empty.

Me too!!! I've been asked by etsy so many times to upload photos to my shop other than listing photos, but they won't load at all. No matter if I decrease the size, it's not going anywhere. ETSY: Any suggestions?????

yes i deleted two yesterday.

i tried uploading two new ones.

and it would not do anything.

not even an error message.

i thought maybe it was delayed.

so i sat my cats in front of my screen.

told them to meow if they saw anything.

six hours later.

no meow.

and no images.

I'm having the same problem.  I wanted to change one photo and after deleting it can't upload the new one.  Now I have one photo missing!

Yep, same here. It seems more like a general issue. You can upload videos, but no pics.

Yip me too! I tried to do it last week and had the same issue. Tried again today and it's still not working. Says there is no file and even if I take a new picture it says the file doesn't exist.

Same issue with my shop and with my other shop when i wanted to upload images. But i could upload a short video in my other shop without any problems.

It's fixed now. I could load the picture
