Access Denied from Forums

Hello,

 After the update last month I have not been able to access forums in the community section. When I click on a forum to get information it says Access Denied and to sign in even though I am already signed in. I have signed out and back in multiple times to see if that would fix the problem but it has not.  Just looking for some help to solving this problem I see many people have had this problem and still do.

Under the Etsy forums drop down menu I only have two listings of announcements and technical issues as well.

Same here, on desktop it gives me the same "access denied" message

Very odd and i am not sure of the answer.  Wish i could help, i thought it was a device error.

Are you logged into Etsy? I have only had to sign into the community if I am not signed into Etsy. Don't really know if that's the problem.

A Forum moderator needs to be made aware by @'ing them to get their attention.  There is at least one Mod who's been fixing this common problem in the past 2 weeks.

You need to be signed into the forums.

We are signed into the forums. Unless there's some other way to sign into them other than clicking Sign In at the top right of this screen. Can people create and comment on forums without being signed in?

I've had the same problem since the change.  I've tried signing out and back in multiple times and still can only see technical issues and announcements.  I get the same denied message as the OP when trying to go to anything else.

Use this link and then it's the solution at the top of the page.  Do what it says in the mod's solution.  I have seen some posts where it didn't work immediately, so be patient.
