Photos from iPhone won't upload to Etsy Seller app

Permissions are set correctly but I cannot upload any photos from iPhone to Etsy Seller app. I've tried using the browser on my phone but that won't work either. Uploading from my PC requires me to download the photos first. Etsy will only accept JPEG files. This is cumbersome and double the work.
What do I do?

Hi Emma, do you know how to convert the photos from your iPhone setting to jpg format?

I’ve never used the app for photos, I use the browser, safari works for me, I only use app for cha-Ching and messages on the go, too many glitches.

Yes, I have compatibility mode on, so they are all JPGs.

In Etsy Seller app did you choose “Full Access” for Photos. Is Camera toggled on. I just looked at my settings in the app.

I use the blue Etsy seller ap NOT the orange/white ap and my photos/videos upload just fine from my phone.

I can't get either App to work. It just spins and spins and then times out.
I've uploaded using my PC which is ok but it's not always ideal.
