Photos cannot be rearranged

I have been using an iPhone to make listings for years and have had no problems. But when I tried posting a new listing this week, rearranging the photos does not work. I have tried tapping, double tapping, and dragging the photo. The photo will move but not stay in the new spot. Does anyone else have this problem and any tips?

Could you - temporarily - try to address this on a laptop? Using Chrome or whatever? That's not a solution but might help until this can be fixed!

This seems to be a known glitch with the app. try using a browser on your iPhone to open etsy and do your listing that way. Lots of us don't use the app at all due to all the problems with it. Honestly you can do a lot more on a browser that the app anyways.

I’m not using the app, I don’t have it.

I tried and was able to move 1 photo over two spots. But that took about 5 just for that. I just kept tapping and dragging
