Photos Not Loading Error Message

I am so frustrated. I cannot add listings to my shop without spending ridiculous time trying to get photos to load. No matter what time of the day. For several days now I have tried to add four listings and it has taken that long. I receive a message that Etsy is unable to load the photos and to contact Etsy support if it continues.

Anyone else?

Thank you. But I think I just found the problem in the Help Center.

Sounds like it is the size of my photos. And I will have to deal with it or learn how to edit my photos to the right size. And that will not be easy for a computer challenged person.

@PatsPackedCloset Oh! If this is your problem, you can use TinyPNG.com or simpleimageresizer.com to resize pictures.   

I've used TinyPNG.com for my website pictures. It's super easy to use.

Please keep us posted if you can publish your listings.  I thought the same at first when I left out a required entry, but the error message would not go away.  Good luck and thank you!

@PatsPackedCloset Are you loading them four at a time, or one at a time?  I can see Etsy saying this is a problem on your end, not theirs. 

My internet is not the best.  I can watch movies, YouTube, and the like just fine, but when it comes time to upload pictures, I need to shut off my Pandora and anything else that is pulling the internet and upload pics one. at. a. time.

Some days I click upload and walk away to make the bed or pick up around the house and walk by the computer once in a while to see how things are progressing.  Other days, I can hear my computer doing something in the background (cleaning files or downloading an update in the background?) and I know that I shouldn't even attempt to upload anything.

I'm having the same issue loading photos on my draft listings using the "new" Etsy seller app.  Just started in the past week.  I get a yellow error message box that says it can not publish my listings.  The photos get added so I just finish the listing on my desktop or laptop.  My photos are the correct size (same as the last months since they changed the photo thumbnail size).  They won't load one at a time or all 10 at a time without getting the error message.

Having a photo loading issue as well. It loaded 9 photos but the 10th is just spinning.... but I can't delete it in order to re-upload, nor save the listing as a draft so I have to cancel and start over even though I've filled out the description and tags. So streamlined and time saving!

Yes I’m getting all this right now and can’t print off labels or anything for orders either??
