I NEED HELP!
I currently use One drive for my photos and I'm having a horrible time getting my listing up because I can't find my photos in my computer files. I spent a fair amount of time organizing them into specific folders, thinking it would be a snap to find and upload any specific photos I would need, but when I go to upload a picture my files aren't there or only one or two. There are even files I never made. It's making me nuts.
OneDrive is cloud storage so do you have the files stored there. Have you uploaded the photos to OneDrive from your computer?
Yes, In my computer files it's all one drive. I'm wondering if there is a better way or cloud service. When I upload photos to my shop it automatically goes to my files and that's the only option I have.
By the way, I am a new seller and would appreciate any feedback/advice
This sounds more like a file storage issue than and Etsy problem.
Hi, I'm also a new sell and maybe I'm wrong but I just have folders on desktop with whats online and ones to edit. So I suppose they are just stored on my laptop. regards john
Honestly I may resort to the same. Most of the time simple is better and I'm not Tech savvy at all. I think it's OneDrive that is the problem. Thank you
Yes, it's definitely not an Etsy problem, I just thought more seasoned sellers could give me a recommendation or advise. I don't know if anyone else has had an issue with this sort thing.
Yes they are both signed.
Windows or Mac?
Windows:
Often times when you click the photo icon to upload, it will open a box to the last location you saved something, or opened something in your browser.
There should be the left hand side of the box, your file explorer structure, and if not, at the top where it says "organise" click and go to layout options - navigation pane.
This should then bring up the left hand file explorer menu. Where you then find the onedrive folder to click on.
