Has anyone else had a problem when loading photos while listing a new item where a photo will not load? Just keeps showing a continuous circle as if it's trying but never changes. Seems to get frozen and I have to abandon the entire process and begin again. This has happened 3 times in the last month. Any suggestions?
Yes, i have for a month had issues loading photos either on phone or laptop. I tried turning off wifi, iphone & laptop, rebooting & back on. Still having troubles, I just want to list!!!!!!
How big is the image file size (in mb)? Larger files will take longer to upload. It may also depend on the speed of your internet connection. Do you have someone else (e.g. kids, husband) using your internet, perhaps gaming online at the same time? That can use a lot of bandwidth.
I dont think these issues are relevant--good connection and photos are standard. Wondering if it is the time of day?
I tend to post early--7 am-ish.
Havent had the issue midday.
Yes, VERY frustrating problem today but it’s been like this for a couple weeks.
I keep getting an error message that says to contact Etsy if it persists.
Photos loading fine here but I've gotten that error a few times today when renewing and refreshing listings.
It's a bit annoying since it reads something like Contact Etsy with this error code
Error
No code is shown! Kinda funny.
I just hit the X and hit publish again and all was fine.
Did have it happen a few weeks ago where I got it time and time again and it turned out that I had a sneaky little space at the beginning of the title.
That happens sometimes.
I reboot my computer, clear out cookies, do a general clean-up. That seems to work.
Yes the past month this has been a new issue for me. Took an absolute age and trying on both phone and iPad simultaneously to get all my (30) Christmas listings up this weekend - about 4 hours where I was tearing my hair out - ironically was at the hair dresser at the time, lol! Only uploading photos was the issue — the rest of the form was fine. Lots of glitching and crashing necessitating multiple attempts. I took to saving the listing after adding each photo and even that didn’t always stop the glitching…
