Sale Items Terms and conditions not displaying on listings

I set up a sale for most all of ETSY store.   When setting up the sale there is box called (Terms and Conditions)  In that box I added the words (All Sales Final no returns) as I don't accept returns on sales items. 

My problem:   I don't see the terms and conditions displayed on the sale items in my ETSY store.    My shop return policy shows as I take returns on the sale listings. 

I can't find the terms and conditions anywhere displayed on the sale listings.   Does anyone else have this same technical issue?

That does not override what you have as a return policy on your individual listings.

You could change the return policy on the items that are on sale. It's pretty easy to do with bulk editing.

But frankly, I think no return policies don't work on Etsy. It's just too easy for buyers to open cases with Etsy and get refunded and/or with their payment provider. I think some issues deserve these refunds and others are false claims. Doesn't matter though. The seller is sitting on most of the risk.

@SunlightapparelUS: In many jurisdictions your are still required to accept returns (read as give a full refund even if the item is not physically returned) if the item is defective, arrives broken, or is not as described regardless of your stated policy. For example, consumer protection laws in the European Union require some sellers to offer a minimum 14-day return policy on orders that ship to those countries.

I also find it very frustrating that a buyer cannot see terms and conditions and there is no way a seller can enforce these terms or even communicate them. I have a 3 pair maximum on earrings w/ 25% off. A person comes in and buys 10 pairs. What are we to do? It is a complete disregard of the sale terms, but not enforceable and they don't even know. I dislike this very much.

@ZenJeweled All your boho earrings are on sale for 25% off.  I searched around and saw no mention of a 3 pair maximum anywhere (listings, Announcement, banner, About).  Maybe I overlooked it?

I see you offer FSG/$35, but you have one set (flower scroll hoops/$11.25) that has free shipping.

@ZenJeweled, I suspect that the only way you could enforce terms and conditions like that is to cancel the order.

But I am curious about what the difference is between selling 10 pairs of earrings to 4 different people or to just one?
