Phone number not saving

Etsy is asking me to update my phone number and it is giving me an error every time I enter it. I’ve used different browsers and attempted from a laptop, desktop and phone as recommended.

Thanks for the tip, I will try removing the items with images on them as the headbands without licensed fabric nor designs is not prohibited. I don't think this is the issue, but you never know.

@BowtifulMouseCo it's not just the fabric items. The shape of those ears are part of the TM and will get you dinged, closed and possibly even sued. That mouse has buckets of money and plenty of lawyers. Because you are dealing with a trademark, you cannot fight it. Some of the backgrounds you are using are also part of their IP, recognisable as those parks. You also use WDW in your announcement.

The counterfeit items in your shop aside ... this is a scam more likely. Is the message in your 'from Etsy' folder? If you cannot respond to it, perhaps Etsy has removed the scam account already. The 'from Etsy' is only visible from the browser view, not on the app. Rethink your products or Etsy will close your shop.

@BowtifulMouseCo   You can't sell the mouse ears made with unlicensed fabric either, such as the turquoise and purple velvet ones or the white ones.  If people think of Mickey Mouse, it is prohibited to use it.  The stickers as well.  Perhaps clear out most of your shop and start again.  There is a saying on etsy "don't mess with the mouse".  Disney doesn't fool around and the fines can be HUGE, even after they shut down your shop.
