Is anyone having issues where the customers personalization is not being recorded properly or being cutting off? I sell a lot of products which usually have 2 names, but over the last few weeks I have had at least a half dozen or more customers only leave 1 name. I reach out to the customer and they said no they entered 2 names. I missed one recently and now the customer is upset because they are positive they entered both names.

Thanks, but that post doesn't relate to what I am talking about. The post you linked is about people getting errors saying "Uh Oh Something went wrong - please try again." My customers have no problem entering their personalization. The issue is after they place the order part of the personalization is cut-off and missing.

I am having the same issue on multiple orders now its being very concerning because they are sending me screen shots of all Info on their side but not on mine. Its cut off after the first few charters?? Have you found a solutions?
