Personalization box is gone.

Anyone notice the personalization box is gone?  A customer of mine wanted to order something but the box where they type in the personalization is not there.

If they are using the app they have to click the + sign by personalization

Oh great this is not good since I use the personalization box for other information.  Why do they have to keep messing with things!!!

It hasn’t changed. It’s just different on the app vs. using a browser

I'm using a browser and you have to click on the plus sign also.

I'm seeing a plus sign on a browser now too. Not sure if this is a test or if it has always been like this. Good grief they change little things so much it's hard to keep track when something changes. But I think the text box used to be visible & not hidden under a click + on desktop before, right?

Yes, the "box" was there the last time I looked so this must be fairly new. I would say  prior (When the "Box" was visible) about 50% of my buyers would see it and list the dog's measurements. Now I am betting none will I will be messaging everyone and have to ask! Darn it!

I'm HATING THIS CHANGE!!! I get so many questions now. No reason exists to force a customer to click on the "+" to see personalization instructions and the box. This is required for ordering. Keep it visible all the time.

This is yet another, "Let's make it more difficult for the seller and buyer" test or change. Just no....NO!
