I've had numerous orders come through now where the personalisation details the customer has entered are cut short.
Say for example, it was two peoples names, I only receive the first name. I've contacted all of these customers and they all swear that they entered the full details upon ordering. One customer also mentioned that they have had the same thing happen on a completely different order from another shop recently.
It's not the character limit as other customers orders come through fine, it just seems to be on sporadic occasions.
Anyone else experiencing this?
I have it every day now. Support tells me for 2 weeks they know about it. But nothing is happening.
Had to resend a few items already.
How is it even possible to destroy a system that worked already and then not being able to fix it?
@WaldWichtShop bahahaha ... that's so easy when its Etsy. There are currently so many issues that help is unavailable despite being 'advertised' as 24/7.
