Pending Verification - Shop put in Vacation mode

C'mon guys.... what is going on!?  I've been here since 2005 I think!?  And my shop has been down for a week.... I've uploaded what you've asked for, though I have no idea why you'd need it.... I've continued to add new credit cards and I get the same message over and over stating the card isn't accepted.  I've checked with my bank and nothing.  What is happening?   Valentine's is one of my best times and it's done.
