Paypal not allowing buyer to purchase my listings

Hi everyone,

Today I had a buyer contact me saying that when she went to checkout her cart, with several of my listings in it, she got a message from Paypal saying that the transaction could not go through because the items were considered a 'risk.'

I sell printable downloads to for miniature dollhouse books. Im not sure why those would be considered a risky purchase by Paypal. 

Does anyone know what might be going on and how I can fix this issue?

This seems to have happened to a couple of others too. All I can suggest is that you advise your buyer to pay by another method.

I would try suggesting to your customer to purchase with a different method. If using another form of payment, let them know they're still covered by Etsy's purchase protection if they're worried about an issue regarding payment.

Pay Pal goes through Etsy’s account not the sellers so why is Pay Pay notifying you instead of Etsy?  How did they even get your information through Etsy’s account?  That’s what has me confused. 
Boy did I read this one wrong. I will stay off the forums before I mess up again. I hate when my brain doesn’t want to cooperate.
