Payoneer or Etsy? Who Can Solve My Issue??

My shop is on a forced Holiday Mode from Etsy since 2 weeks.

I enrolled in Etsy Payments as it was rolled out to Indian Sellers on the 6th of June, 2024.

As soon as I enrolled into Etsy Payments, I signed into my existing Payoneer Account that I have been using for years on other platforms but this was an 'Individual Account'.

Since Etsy requires a 'Business Account' I opened a new account with Payoneer. They closed my previous account as I can't have 2 accounts simultaneously.

Currently, 13 days later, my Etsy Payments page still shows my old Payoneer account that DOES NOT EXIST with Payoneer anymore. After a lot of back and forth with the Payoneer team, I have been told that they are unable to unlink my old account from Etsy.

Even though, before closing the old account I had specifically asked for all payment sources to be closed/unlinked.

I wrote to Etsy regarding this with screenshots of emails from Payoneer that the ability to change the Payoneer ID on Etsy lies with Etsy.

They wrote to me saying I need to OPEN A NEW SHOP. Opening a new shop is not a viable solution as Etsy is not onboarding new sellers from India.

So, my question is - If Etsy still shows a Payoneer ID that doesn't exist and there is no option to Enroll again with a new, active ID - Which one of the two, Etsy or Payoneer, can help me re-link a new ID?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Etsy and Payoneer both should shut one day and they should than know the problem we are going through.

Receiving payment regularly through payoneer even after applying high payment processing fee deduct by payoneer……….  But suddenly one day receiving email from payoneer that there is error in swift code……… I immediately go to bank and verify all detail is correct, but payoneer not agree and payoneer  force me to add same bank account again and demand for some document which i can not submit, they asking three month bank statement…………… what they do with my bank statement and why showing interested in people financial transaction, payoneer is not a bank and can not asking for people personal finance statement……. Payoneer is fraud company

Why payoneer not verify bank account like PayPal ?

you need to contact payoneer,

they are the payment processors, and the ones that do the verification

if payoneer cannot verify you,

you cannot sell here

I am sorry to say but Payoneer is no way helpful to their customers and one day it will shut down. They do not give proper reason for account closure and no way ready to help their users. I was having an account with them since 7 years and they suddenly closed it after sending just one email. I tried to contact them many times and receive same reply from different customer care executives.
