Payoneer account got deleted

My payoneer account which was linked to my etsy shop got deleted accidentally.as a result of which my shop was put on vacation mode.The payoneer policy mentions that they can reopen the previous account but we can make new payoneer account which can be linked to etsy or other marketplace but they clearly mention that we ll have to reach out to etsy to relink the new account.But when i reach out etsy they say we cant link anything.lease suggest me something how can i make this happen.is there any way i can reinstate my shop.how can etey being such a big marketplace have a solution for problem like that.i have seen people who had somewhat similar problem but their account is active now...i please humbly request to suggest something i can do to start my shop

Etsy does not relink a new payoneer account,

Once you have linked an account, that is is

you need to go back to payoneer and have your old account re-instated,

If you look at the posts, the only think that works, is getting payoneer to sort it out, there is not a single post that says etsy does anything

But it is clearly mentioned in the Payoneer policy that if the account is once closed it cant be reopened but we can create another account with different id..and would have to reach out to the marketplace (etsy) to relink it...the customer said the same..the payoneer team is clear in their stand since they have mentioned in their policy itself ..its etsy responsibility to fix this type of issues as there are several people who are facing the sameissue but there is no one to hear us out..its a big marketplace with efficient technical team ..i dont think its something that cant be fixed..i am just speaking my heart out of anyone from technical team reads this and let them know that there is big loophole that needs to fix as many are facing this tyep of issue

You cannot link a payoneer account with a different ID

Just like you cannot link a bank account with a different ID

etsy has never allowed accounts to be transferred to a different ID, for anyone, payoneer or not.

That is clearly stated in etsy's policies, and always has been, it's not new

If people have multiple ID's, that's definitely a loophole etsy needs to close shut
