Hi.

Someone bought one of my products recently but he got this "cancelled" message as soon as he placed the order so I don't really know what's the issue here and how to solve it.

Yes, I have that order labeled as cancelled too.

Is that a visa card issue?

Your shop is showing no sales. There are a couple of reason Etsy will cancel. Either a payment issue with the customers card or if a purchase has been made from your shop using the same IP

Etsy will not tell you why.

When an order is successful, it will appear in your dashboard under orders.

I have checked your shop, and your payment options are active, so that is at least not the issue

@RAMMAZA: "Is that a visa card issue?" Since you are also seeing the cancelled order on your Orders page, then the answer is probably yes. In very simple terms, there are two points where an order may be 'cancelled'. The first is before the order is even accepted - usually an invalid card number or expiration date, insufficient funds, bad security code, etc. You could be having hundreds of those every day and would not even know it. The second is after the order has been accepted but has not yet been fully approved by the payment processor - generally flagged by the payment processor's fraud detection algorithm.
