You wait.
Your buyer will have received an email saying the payment is processing.
Your processing time to ship the item doesn't start until the payment is cleared.
You DO nothing with your client. They know the order hasn't gone thru yet. Both of you will know if it processes successfully or not.
Nothing you can do but wait.
I just received and order and the funds from it, then received a notice from Etsy that the order is still processing. Issues with a lot of the Etsy website today, a little while ago all the orders from the past month vanished...now they are back.
