Payment is on Reserve

Hello Everyone,

My payments are kept on reserve as Etsy suspended my shop twice due to Etsy Bot error. I've contact Etsy team 2 days ago and still haven't received any response.

I'm getting 3-4 orders everyday and just can't keep my funds in reserve mode for 3-4 months. Can anyone HELP.

Funds are released once the tracking has been added. They only hold funds longer for new shops

I've already added the tracking details as well. But still the funds are on hold.

I think you will have to wait for them to answer.  2 days is not a long time on Etsy!

I think they may be looking at your shop for handmade items by you. I am finding things all over the internet that are in your shop. Reselling is not allowed here

Items are handmade and made by me and my team but since an item get hit, it copies. 

I can get copyright infringement on my designs but making few changes, it can be made by others as well and it applies to everyone of us.
