Payment account not refreshing

Is anyone else’s payment account not showing ?

mine is fine, but there have been some reports that people are having different problems with different bits of the dashboard

I haven't been able to access my payment account for a few hours.  Hopefully it will be sorted out quickly.

I've had a heck of a time getting pages to load, was trying to edit my shipping profiles and that stinkin' little wheel just kept going round and round... maddening! But thinking it was my computer or my connection, I clicked to open another tab, found I could only get here to the forum by going thru google dot com, whom I never use... but it got me here, so perhaps something's amiss with Etsy. Oh well, I responded to a message, so I'm clear for tonite... hopefully, it will be fixed by tomorrow.

Yes same here in the UK wont refresh or show balance etc, couple of days now.

I just checked, mine is showing as it should, but that's not to say it has prior to viewing it. I do not look at it daily, only when I need to.

We are not able to duplicate this on desktop using several different browsers and operating systems. Are you having this problem using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? Maybe there is some common combination.

Same here - Payment Account details not working either on my laptop or on my  mobile app.  36 hours now.  Cannot see balance.  Anyone able to help?

we are only other sellers, and probably can only give you the standard advice of clear caches, try different browsers.....

if it's a bug for you, only etsy can fix it.

we've had the same issue now for over 4 days (uk based) across all mobile and desktop applications so account problem rather than platform.

Very odd,

I am in the UK, 

I use a laptop, windows 10,

I access 1 shop through Chrome,
and the other through Edge, and have no problems with either

I have never used the app

@TheWhistlingWren  I am also in the UK, but I have not had an issue viewing my payment account, I have just checked it now, as I had an order come in, and via Firefox on Windows 8.1 and Firefox on my Apple Mac, the old and new Android based seller app, I can view my payment account without an issue.

Have you contacted Etsy support about it?

Mine still is not working on day 3, I’ve got Etsy app and seller app .. both no show , I’ve another shop and that’s working perfectly fine. Reported twice now and still zilch … as long as money goes in and on the bright side it’s either a nice surprise or a nasty one … I think this weekend is pretty slow with the queen and everything .. All pretty surreal at present .. very sad

You say you have reported it twice, have you done that as two separate reports? It is always best to continue with the initial report, rather than start a new report.
