My payment account is stuck on the same amount. I noted amount and since have had 4 more pieces sell and the amount has not changed.
Last year, this happen I had a customer refunded for a product and for some reason Etsy still kept like the sale count.
@OutcastClothingBrand Unless you also cancel the refunded one still counts as a sale.
I didn't cancel the refunded. It was in person sale and it was sale made on square and it transfer to Etsy.
It corrected itself. Thank you
