Hi I am based in New Zealand, after setting up my store and going through all the security and ID links I got my store up and running, I just made my first sales and Esty put my store in Holiday mode as I had to re prove my ID and details again before the will pay me.
I am up to the last part of Verifying my bank account AGAIN! however on the page with the get started icon link when I click on it nothing happens and I can see no other ways into the documents to verify my bank account. I have contacted Esty customer service but just got the same link that is not working on my end. I have sent them proof of my bank account but heard nothing back. I now have 7 days left to get this sorted before they suspend my account, very frustrating and annoying just when things were getting going.
Any ideas or another way to contact them I find their customer service for sellers very poor.

You need to respond to the (canned?) email Etsy sent you otherwise they will close the matter. Respond to it saying you have already uploaded your documentation etc. As you have already verified your bank, I don't think you can do it again. Have small deposits been made to your bank account as usually you would need to input those amounts? Go to your Shop Manager - Finances - Payment Settings and see if there is a banner at the top of that page prompting you to do anything.
You can rest assured that a bot put your shop in holiday mode and Etsy is notoriously covert about its processes and customer is indeed poor.
Hi thanks for your reply, that is where Im getting stuck after going to payment settings there is a banner saying want to get paid verify your account, with a link button saying get started, when I click on the get started nothing happens it does not put me through to another page to verify my account.
