Payment Processing

Hi. I have received an order but the status was payment processing so i was told not to ship. Then it got canceled and back to my listing. Then the buyer tried again and got canceled again, but now my listing is no longer up.  What should i do?   It looks like the item didn't get put back in my listing and is counted as a new sale.

You should be able to find the listing again in your Sold Out listings in your shop manager.

Sure I can but why do I have to pay .2 dollars when it was already active?

@FabioVerdianiStore: Have you checked your Payments page to confirm that Etsy did not credit the listing fee?
