All orders from USA are not processing payments and unfortunately getting cancelled

If Etsy are cancelling the orders then there's nothing you can do. The payment processor will cancel if there is a problem with the payment method or they detect strange activity - this is to protect you and prevent fraud. Don't ship an order until it has finished processing.

If your customer contacts you - suggest to them to try a different payment method.

Etsy may also be restricting your account due to what you are selling - read the seller policies in relation to reselling to find out more: https://www.etsy.com/uk/legal/policy/reselling/239324376512

Thank you for the information. i contacted Etsy about it and they said there is nothing wrong from my side.

however the orders in payment processing were mainly from USA and the Accounts making those payments seem to be disappeared now.

so it looked fishy

There are websites that tell people how to get free stuff on Etsy by ordering from shops breaking the rules. Maybe they are people who are trying that with your shop?
