Order processing for almost 2 years, can this be removed from my orders?

I've had an order "processing payment" since June of 2021- how can I get this removed from my open orders?

The option to cancel isn't available. It's super weird!

You will need to contact Etsy.  I have several that are delivered that are sitting on my in transit page. I have 4 orders, 2 from 2019 and 2 from 2020 that are showing pre transit, but they are delivered.  They had to elevate.

Community and Help, contact us, selling, managing my orders, shipped orders show incomplete, next page scroll to the bottom and choose I still need help.  You will get the option to send an email.

@juliegodseyjewelry I have a payment processing since 2/16 but it's not an "open" order as you say yours is. Or did you mean "new"?   Etsy cancelled the order and it's showing in my "completed" orders. Nothing was done about it after conveying to Chat Support, but if yours is still "open" (if you meant new) I'm wondering if it is affecting your star seller status. You may want to reach out to chat support through your Shop Manager dashboard> Community & Help.
