Payment Processing

Hello, i am new here, i am selling Printable Wall Art, which means, or i thought it meant an instant download right after the purchase. I have just got my first order, but it says " Payment Processing" and i assume my customer can`t download the digital files neither? Is it okay, because i thought normally customers can download the files right after their payment.

That means the payment processing company that Etsy uses is still verifying the payment - makes no difference if it's digital or physical.

Payments don't always just go right thru.  Give the payment time to process.  This is not unusual and sometimes the payments don't go thru and Etsy will cancel the sale.

When the payment is approved, your buyer will be able to download the file.
