Payment Problem

So my shop was out on payment reserve due to a large spike in sales. Now customers are saying when they try to buy from my ship they get an error message when adding item to their cart. I have been sending email after email chat after chat to etsy help but no response other than automated responses. Please help the shop was starting to take off and now it's like my ship is being sabotaged!

Don't send multiple emails to Etsy.  Only respond to one and if they don't help with your issue, respond to that email stating that you still need help.  Make sure your items are being sent out promptly so maybe Etsy will lift your payment ban.  Get your policies in order since I notice that you don't have any.

Ok understood thank you for the tip! It just felt like my shop came under attack after sales started to pick up I thought I did something wrong.

Your reserve is probably because you are a new shop, 6 sales is not a spike that would worry Etsy.

I'm in the UK and put one of your items in my basket and went to checkout without problem.  The only payment option showing was credit card though, the other options were greyed out.

This is what I get everytime I try to add to cart.

It says that with every single item but I can go to all your shops and add your items to my shop with no problem...

@WhoThoughtOfThat1   Don't try to buy from yourself even to test.  It looks suspicious to Etsy.

Your Etsy payments is available.

New shops often have reserves but that does not stop buyers from purchasing.  Possibly it is there app that is the issue.

BTW I would add shop policies for the EU/UK if you plan to sell there.  You need right of withdrawal, Seller information and a 30 day return policy.

You can not purchase from yourself, it is against the rules, so that is probably why your seeing those errors.

Oh understood I wasn't doing it before now I just wanted to see what the issue was but that makes sense thanks so much guys it's been a whirlwind setting the new shop up I appreciate each and everyone of you! My sales are back flowing THANK YOU!!
