“Payment Issues: Unable to Verify Card for Months, No Payments Received”

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a serious issue with my Etsy account and hope someone can help. For months now, I haven’t received any money from my sales. Although my account shows that I have available funds, there is no way to verify my card as it has been stuck with an error for the past eight months. The card verification is blocked, and I haven’t received any response from Etsy on how to resolve it.

I’ve tried contacting them via phone, social media, and numerous emails, but I never get a response. Due to this situation, I’ve had to cancel many orders, which is very frustrating for both me and my customers.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how I can get my card verified so I can finally receive my payments?

Etsy doesn't verify payment cards, but they do need to verify your bank account and Identity.

Your billing payment card needs to be valid (in date) in order to get your deposits sent to your verified back account.

So you need to check:

• Billing payment card
• Bank account
• Identity documents (legal and tax)

Also note that Etsy do not have a telephone number which you can call. If you go through the support centre you can request a call back.
