Edit shop not working - featured items

I'm trying to put new items on the Featured items queue but the items don't save and revert back to the ones that were already there. I've tried multiple times, made sure to save  - looks good but then when I view shop, the old items are there again and the new ones are not even in the queue anymore...

It ended saving eventually but it took many tries and about 20minutes for it to change to what I wanted...

Hi, Sorry you're having trouble.  I never use Featured Items, so I'm not familiar with it.

I've also been having problems for some time now when I tried to change the queue featured items to ones I want. I change them and then they do not save after I save them. Then it takes almost 20 minutes to show up on my shop later. This is unacceptable and I'd like to know why this happens now. I've been a shop owner now since 2015 and until the last year this has been a problem. Can someone please look into this? It seems others are experiencing this as well.
