Payment Account Issue

Hi! I am trying to find the button that used to be underneath the funds available that said, "request it now". Has anyone else noticed it's missing and where on earth to find it? And no, I have no reserve, my bank account has been updated, and there is plenty of funds available to be over the minimum.

How long ago did you update your bank account?

I just checked mine and I don't see that option either. I wonder if it's not there today because it's a weekend and the next available deposit is Monday?

At least a month ago..... And I had no problems either. I noticed the button dissappeared last night but figured that was because there wasn't much available to transfer and it was also a bank holiday.

@SewJoyfulandBlessed Do you have a bank holiday in the US on Monday? In that case I think the weekend thing is the reason (you said it disappeared last night) and you will get your deposit on Tuesday.

It could be that it is the weekend! I didn't think of that... Just had never seen it disappear.

Friday (yesterday) was a bank holiday in the US (Veteran's Day) so that could very well be the reason. No funds would have/will be transferred until Monday.

@ThePurplePuppy  @SewJoyfulandBlessed Sorry, just assumed it was bank holiday on the Monday as they are always on a Monday in the UK.

@Amaradorn   Nothing to be sorry about. Don't expect the rest of the world to know all of our holidays. Was just FYI. In the US MOST holiday are on Monday but some that are deemed"more important" are kept to the regular date..

If you have updated bank information recently, including verifying the account, there is an immediate five day hold on funds as a security measure to prevent hackers gaining access and changing your account to hijack your funds.

Did you already request it?   Yesterday was a federal holiday in the US so either way, your next "scheduled" deposit is likely Monday the 13th therefore you wouldn't have the request button?

I don't have it either, but that is because the next available deposit day is Monday, the 14th, and that is my next normal deposit date, so requesting it early would do nothing.

@NoFrogsAllowed  Same here. I guess I just never pay any attention to that small stuff. You can't transfer  after about Friday noon anyway--the next deposit date would be MondaI know this so I never even bother to look on weekends.

Yes, I normally don't either, @ThePurplePuppy . I was actually just checking the amount that was there and noticed that button was missing and wondered if Etsy had taken it away for good as I had never seen it disappear. Lol! I don't check that very often on weekends apparently!!

Try a different device and try the Sell on Etsy app. Sometimes there's a glitch on the browser that is okay on the app, and vice versa.

I did try the new app.... But it can be unpredictable so maybe I will try the old app. 

@NoFrogsAllowed and @Amaradorn said it's probably because the next deposit date is Monday...

Thanks for your help!! Definitely had me worried that Etsy was getting rid of that option.
