Pattern website listing photos not showing up

when i go to my pattern website and click on individual listings the pictures are not there is anyone else who has pattern experiencing this? the pictures show up in the gallery view but not when i click on the listings.

and i forgot to mention if they are listed on etsy as well as my pattern website the images show up but if the items are only on my pattern website the photos are blank just a white background

@DigitalGraphicsShop @OceanJazzMaui  : A quick search would show you that there are quite a few threads in this forum about your exact issue. It appears to have something to do with which theme you use. There does not appear to be a response from Etsy but others have said that changing the them to trellis seems to be a workaround.

Yes that fixed it. Changed the theme and the photos were visible.

I tried changing to trellis, waited a day , and still would not carry over from Etsy to Pattern

@BagmakerSupply i know i figured that out a while ago but not everyone has because alot of people with pattern sites arent aware the photos arent working on some of the templates until they go into one of their listings and discover it. So this issue im sure will be brought up alot more since Etsy will not discuss or acknowledge it.

I'm sorry this is happening.  There is very little support for this paid product.  Etsy is known for having poor support which is passed onto their Pattern sites.  

On a positive note, there are a lot of inexpensive website hosting sites which allow downloading of Etsy listings.  And these sites do offer customer service while supporting their product. It may assist to check into these?

I've always used Trellis and the photos are not showing when clicked on?  I hadn't realised and wouldn't have done unless Id read this thread!

the other options that worked was changing photos to stacked photos in the website editor in your pattern
