I've gone back and forth with Etsy "support" (if you can even call it that) about a big problem users are having with my Etsy pattern site. After adding an item to the cart (mobile and desktop), the cart cannot be accessed UNLESS you click the back button or refresh button before-hand in most cases. This is so frustrating b/c I pay $15/month for the pattern site hosting/support and I'm losing sales because of it. I'm also wasting money on social media ads pointing to the site, so I just have them go straight to the etsy page which is less professional. I am not familiar with Pattetn itself but I do know that Etsy kinda stopped supporting and it and left it in an abandonned state so I read multiple times.
