Pattern sales don’t count in the starseller dashboard

Hi,

 I have sales in my Etsy shop and on my (Etsy) pattern shop. The sales in my pattern shop don’t count for the minimum sales, fast shipping.. It doesn’t seem right, I pay extra for the Etsy pattern, The sales are on Etsy,… I asked for help on the Etsy helpdesk, they said the pattern sales should should count for the starseller badge.  and that my technical question was escalated. I am still waiting for an answer. It’s been two months now. Anyone else in this situation?

I know it is just a starseller badge but it annoys me that my pattern sales don’t count

Pattern is a way to set up YOUR OWN website

I would be surprised if the sales there counted towards anything on the real etsy, it is not the same t's and c's as etsy, and you can sell what you want there,

I have pattern too and I seem to recall that originally when the SSP was introduced there complaints from sellers saying that their pattern sales should NOT be included in SSP because pattern sites are independent websites, which is why you don't pay Etsy fees on pattern sales.

Then Etsy confirmed that they'd corrected it so that the pattern sales were not included.

However, as an aside, pattern messages ARE counted towards SSP as I found out to my cost when I responded to a repeat customer via direct email instead of via Etsy as pattern messages appear completely garbled.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's how it went..
