Pattern listings

Please help me escalate the issue where you have to go to the old interface to turn on a listing for pattern. I just realized that none of my last few months of listings were showing on my pattern site! I think that if you have a pattern site the default when you create a listing should be to list it on pattern. This would be a simple change. What a PITA to have to switch back and forth I can’t use the old interface because the ability to edit my photos and rearrange them has a major defect in it and the new app is far superior. 

am I the only one annoyed beyond belief about this? Or is everyone just going to dump Etsy and create their own websites next year?

The Pattern site is 100% a complete disaster and I am extremely upset with Etsy for not informing people that the Pattern site is not properly working. They sure don't mind charging me for it. When I have been renewing a listing for Pattern only and not for Etsy the thumbnail image shows up but when you click on the listing there are no images at all. The only image to be seen is the thumbnail image for the listing on the main page. I have spoken with support several times and this has been an on going issue with no time frame to be fixed. Then, I had to go though every listing one by one to disable them. I'm beyond upset with Etsy offering this service and charging a monthly fee knowing that it does not properly work.

Yes, I will be leaving the Pattern site 100% asap and filing a complaint because I'm being charged for something that they know does not/has not been working and with no plans on fixing the problem any time soon. I have to move my domain name etc..
