Bug again trying to access help center!

It happened again. I am logged into my account but it wants me to log in again on upper R to access the help center but when I click on "log in" or anything on this page it just refreshes the page. I am getting weird email messages from the help center ( wanting info I already gave them!) so I am not giving my info now.   I don't know if anyone is helping me or not!

If you are logged into Etsy you don’t need to login to the help center. Try clearing your browser history.

What help center?  I don't know what "log in again on upper R" means?  And what kind of weird emails?  I feel like you've been scammed.  I'd run your anti-virus software.

It's probably not a virus or a scam as it sounds just like how that page always looks.

When you go through to start/open a support ticket there is a place to log in on the upper right of page. Im assuming thats what op meant by log in again upper R. It usually has me logged in already and shows my avatar on top right side of that page. You can click it to see all of your current and past support ticket/ requests. If you arent already logged in that's the spot to log in.

@WitticismsRus ohhhh, so THAT help!  LOL!  I thought it might be that.  But then "weird" emails made me wonder.

@funkydreamsmosaics  No virus, no scam yet, I was working with someone from Etsy on another issue, fixed that but wanted to get this other issue fixed and I think they started a new ticket because they wanted all the info again. I am not going to give it to them because I am not sure about this one... I will just wait....hopefully they will just fix it like they did the last time I posted in the forum. You never know if etsy is just blowing me off again or what they are doing....
