Pattern Site Still Not Working? No Technical Support or Response

Can I ask why you are not responding to any emails asking why the Pattern site is not working?

I see the same response, will escalate, wait for a response.

I have read many other similar emails in the forums. 

Can you respond in this forum to all those who have emailed, chatted on the help-line endlessly, and are still waiting for a response?

You contacted Etsy through Contact us?  Did you receive a generic reply email?  If so respond to that email.

Etsy seems not to truly support Pattern any longer.  I gave up on it long ago when people dedicated to the site were moved to other positions, 

Your Passport site is open and appears people can purchase.

If you are more specific about what you are experiencing maybe another Passport user will see your thread and can help.

ETsy does not come here often and when they do, they don't see every thread.  This forum is really peer to peer/

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Often the first response you get from customer support is an automated reply meant to weed out the people who contact support over common issues that can be easily solved.

Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive otherwise Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so appears to close the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).

As @ArtDollsbyJD mentioned, based on other posts in this forum, Etsy seems to have essentially abandoned Pattern.
