Recently trying out the pattern trial and none of the changes to the designs (any of it) is not saving.
I reached out to the support team but it wasn't useful.
Anyone else have an issue with this and had a fix?

I'm having the same issue. Done all of the basic troubleshooting and nothing. I'd love to edit everything and have an official website.
Update: after chatting with help they are working on fixing the issue.
@JCLImaginations @cuteNcozyLeggings : Based on other posts in this forum, Etsy seems to have essentially abandoned Pattern. Don't know if this will help you, but the "solution" to some other Pattern issues has been to use a different template.
A lot of Pattern users are having this issue and it's been ongoing for months, with Etsy saying they are "working" on it.

And as an FYI, as far as I'm aware, the only issue that a different template will fix is the photos not showing.
